This presentation will draw on Cartus research that identifies the top challenges facing global relocation programs and employees on the ground. The discussion will include an exploration of the issues driving these trends, as well as solutions being used or considered by program managers. Among the issues to be discussed: the continuing focus on cost, the ongoing influence of emerging/challenging markets and changing assignment patterns.

This session allows you as participants to interact with your peers and other industry professionals to discuss hot topics in today's domestic and global relocation arena.  You'll have three opportunities to select different topics of interest to you as we rotate throughout the session. Whether it's talking about policy issues, challenges in the household goods market or today's rental market from the real estate provider's perspective, there is something for everyone!
